What You Can Return
Defective or Damaged Items: If your bamboo coffee cup arrives cracked or your solar charger doesn’t spark, we’ve got you covered.
Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of delivery—plenty of time to check your goodies.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
What We Don’t Accept
Change of We can’t accept returns just because you’ve had a rethink. Choose wisely, legends!
Late Requests: Returns after 7 days won’t qualify
How to Return
Reach Out: Email us with your order number, a quick note about the issue, and a photo or video of the problem.
Get Approved: We’ll review your request within 48 hours and send a pre-paid AusPost label if approved.
Send It Back: Pop the item in the mail within 7 days of approval—keep your tracking number handy.
Resolution: Once we or our supplier receive it, choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit (your call!).
Shipping Details
Cost: We cover return shipping for defects—free for you, no worries.
Timing: Delivery takes 10-20 days from our global suppliers, so please allow time before raising a flag.
Refunds & Credits
Processing: Refunds hit your account within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return. Store credit lands instantly.
Amount: Full refund for the item price (GST included)—original shipping’s non-refundable since it’s free upfront.
